Pink and Burgundy Silk Necklace

This stylish silk necklace is very light, so ideal for travelling or holidays. Put it on with a T-shirt and you are smart for the evening. Perfect for everyday wear and makes a great gift.

This pink and burgundy silk necklace measures approx. 63 cm (25") in length. The beads are silk covered compressed cotton balls which are spaced with clear bugle beads and the necklace is joined by a silver-plated magnetic clasp.

The necklace can be dabbed, but not immersed in water, if it gets dirty.

Handcrafted dye technique:
I painted the silk in pink and burgundy stripes. It is then steamed to fix the dye.

As each piece is made by hand, every necklace is one-of-a-kind.
