This crepe de chine 8 scarf has been sprayed with cherry red, poppy red and burgundy steam fix dyes. I then dropped the salt onto the wet dye. When heat is applied the salt pulls the dye into a unique pattern. I then steamed the scarf to fix the dye. The scarf is hand washable and washing instructions are included. I sew my own label into the hem. Measures 180cm by 45cm or 72 inches by 18 inches.
